LandlordCheck applies published UK rules to the answers you provide. It is not a substitute for a qualified solicitor, especially for licensing prosecutions, disrepair disputes, or possession proceedings.

Your answers

You're responsible for the accuracy of your answers. Findings are generated from what you tell us — wrong-in, wrong-out.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report.
