Your data

The plain-English version of what we hold and how to get rid of it. The formal policy with lawful bases, processor list, and international transfers is at privacy.

What we hold

• The answers you gave to the wizard.
• Your email, but only if you bought a report.
• The outcode of your postcode (e.g. “NW5”), not the full postcode.
• Standard request logs (IP, browser) for 14 days.

What we never collect

• Your tenants’ names. We never ask. The wizard only asks how many tenants and whether any has a particular characteristic in the abstract.
• Your card details. Stripe takes those directly under their hosted checkout; they never touch our servers.
• Tracking data for advertising. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

12 months from the date the report was generated, then automatic hard-delete. Wizard drafts that were never paid for are deleted after 7 days.

Delete it now

Email [Public Email] from the address on your receipt. We will reply with a confirmation link to make sure it is really you, and we will delete within 24 hours of you clicking the link. No password, no account.

Get a copy

The PDF report we emailed you is your export. If you need the raw JSON of the answers and findings, reply to your receipt email and we will send it within one calendar month, as required by UK GDPR.

Complain

If you think we have got something wrong, the Information Commissioner’s Office is at ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113. We would prefer you tell us first so we can fix it, but you do not have to.
